About the role
Emperor Red Sea is seeking a Sales Associate to represent a leading international eyewear brand in its Hurghada retail store. You will be the first point of contact for both local shoppers and international tourists, guiding them to the perfect sunglasses or prescription glasses while ensuring a high‑quality in‑store experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk‑in customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable eyewear.
- Explain product features, lens options, materials and pricing clearly.
- Process transactions accurately, handle payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain product displays, store presentation and monitor stock levels.
- Handle basic customer service issues, exchanges and returns according to store policy.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages (German, Russian, French) are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused, target‑driven mindset.
- Presentable appearance and willingness to work flexible day or night shifts as assigned.
