Sales Associate - Fashion Retail

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our high‑end fashion retail team. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience, building client relationships, and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide a high‑end shopping experience aligned with brand standards.
• Assist clients in finding the perfect fit, suggest complementary items, and maximize basket size.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets while monitoring personal KPIs.
• Build and maintain a personal client book, reaching out to regular customers about new arrivals and promotions.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and compliant with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Support stock shipments, conduct inventory counts, and replenish merchandise from backroom to shop floor.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening abilities to build trust with premium shoppers.
• Neat, professional, well‑groomed appearance suitable for a premium fashion brand.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
