About the role
The Sales Associate will promote products and services to customers, aiming to maximise sales opportunities while delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Describe product features and benefits, demonstrate usage and educate clients on quality standards.
- Advise customers on suitable product ranges, answer queries and provide information on warranties, specifications and maintenance.
- Handle cash, credit and voucher transactions, generate invoices and receipts, and ensure accurate daily accounting.
- Maintain store merchandising, visual displays and product placement in line with brand identity.
- Achieve sales targets through up‑selling, cross‑selling and promotional activities.
- Process returns, repairs and complaints according to company policies and ensure loss‑prevention and inventory controls.
