Sales Associate (Temporary, 5 months) – North Coast

About the role

Join adidas as a Sales Associate in the North Coast Talent Pool for a five‑month temporary assignment. You will be the front‑line ambassador, inspiring customers, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and connect with every consumer entering the store, delivering the CONNECT‑ENGAGE‑INSPIRE service standard.
• Maintain awareness of store KPIs and actively contribute to sales targets and loss prevention.
• Utilise product knowledge and seasonal collections to communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Guide customers through digital and omnichannel tools, linking them to online resources for a unified shopping journey.
• Process merchandise deliveries, replenish fixtures, and keep the sales floor fully stocked.
• Execute cash transactions accurately while following cash protection procedures.
• Uphold visual merchandising, housekeeping, and safety standards to create an appealing environment.
• Collaborate respectfully with teammates, share improvement ideas, and support an inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• 1‑2 months experience in a sports or fashion retail environment, preferably customer‑focused.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and strong verbal communication skills.
• Team‑first mindset with a desire for continuous learning and coaching.
