Sales Capability Manager

About the role

The Sales Capability Manager will lead the transformation of sales execution, coaching and growth across the region. Working closely with the RTC & Sales Effectiveness Lead and People & Culture, you will design scalable capability solutions that embed best‑in‑class standards, compliance discipline and impactful coaching routines.

Key responsibilities

• Embed and reinforce sales execution standards, merchandising rules, coverage discipline and RTC routines across all sales roles.
• Translate company policies and compliance requirements into practical, field‑executable behaviours and tools.
• Build a strong coaching culture by providing frontline managers with structured frameworks, routines and tools.
• Monitor field execution and coaching sessions to identify performance and compliance gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead the design, development and governance of sales capability frameworks, workshops, training content and certification pathways.
• Collaborate with People & Culture and business stakeholders to create scalable capability roadmaps and manage external training partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Commercial Management, Learning & Development or a related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales capability, field sales, commercial excellence, learning & development or sales effectiveness within FMCG or a related industry.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in frontline sales coaching, field execution standards, capability building and compliance management across multi‑site or regional operations.
