Sales Consultant - Fresh Graduates

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Sales Consultants, also referred to as Student Success Advisors. In this on‑site position you will support students throughout their learning journey, helping them achieve their goals while driving course renewals and new sales.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support to students following established SOPs.
• Build strong customer relationships by creating personalized learning plans.
• Promote course renewals and follow up with customers to increase conversion rates.
• Monitor student progress, analyze data, and suggest improvement strategies.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Drive referrals, achieve sales targets, and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or telesales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for education and customer service.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Target‑driven, motivated, and approachable personality.

What we offer

• On‑site work in Maadi, Cairo.
• Full‑time schedule: Sunday‑Thursday 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (including a 1 hour 15 min break) and Saturday 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
