Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant will act as the primary liaison between BCT and its clients, translating product capabilities into business value and driving revenue growth. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Study and understand existing services and products, and present how they meet client business needs.
• Prepare documentation and presentations that support the selling process.
• Expand and maintain the BCT client database across multiple industries using various prospecting techniques.
• Build rapport with existing and potential clients, providing support, information, and solution recommendations.
• Attend client meetings to identify market needs and business opportunities.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned BCT clients, ensuring successful delivery within agreed project scope.
• Achieve sales targets and close deals.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date BCT accounts portfolio.
• Gather competitive intelligence and create battle cards highlighting strengths and weaknesses.
• Present sales forecasts and progress reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product offerings with client needs.
• Work with support teams to resolve post‑sales issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to security policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within IT companies.
• Strong negotiation, organizational awareness, and customer‑focus abilities.
