Sales Designer – Furniture & Home Décor

About the role
Belong is looking for a Sales Designer to join its e‑commerce team focused on furniture and home supplies. You will blend sales expertise with design knowledge to help clients create living spaces that reflect their values.
Key responsibilities
- Manage both B2B and B2C sales processes.
- Interpret client visions and recommend suitable furniture, carpet, lighting, artwork, and accessories.
- Communicate with clients through online and offline channels, prepare financial proposals, and follow up on orders.
- Coordinate with production, marketing, and finance departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Develop 2D plans and mood boards when required.
- Confirm orders with customers and generate job orders for production and sourcing.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a design‑related field.
- 1–4 years of combined sales and design experience.
- Excellent command of English.
- Creative mindset with strong presentation abilities.
- Initiative‑driven, meticulous, and able to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of 3D Max (a plus).
