Sales Executive – Retail Sales

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to lead our retail sales team. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored product and service solutions that drive revenue and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through referrals and recommendations.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system to support retention and business development.
• Sell standard products and services while supervising a team of sales advisors.
• Handle escalations, provide approvals, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Record and process custom customer orders efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar sales role with a proven ability to work independently.
• Strong business insight, customer focus, and action‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
