Sales Executive & Team Leader – Packaging Machinery (Food & Beverage)

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Executive & Team Leader to represent a Chinese packaging‑machinery supplier serving the Food & Beverage sector in Egypt. The role will drive new business, manage client relationships and coordinate with the China‑based technical team to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with F&B manufacturers across Egypt.
• Conduct client visits, present product solutions and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with the China technical team to ensure appropriate solution design.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B/outdoor sales experience.
• Background in industrial equipment or machinery sales; packaging machinery or F&B industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good command of English and willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Existing network in dairy, beverage or edible‑oil sectors is advantageous.
