Sales Manager – Hematology

About the role

The Manager, Sales – Hematology will lead the sales operations for Hikma's hematology portfolio, driving growth and market share across the assigned territory. This senior position is responsible for developing strategy, coaching the sales team, and building strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy and business plans for the Hematology portfolio to achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and developing talent.
• Drive commercial excellence through effective sales execution, territory optimization, forecasting, and performance management.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, hospitals, purchasing authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and define business actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Supply Chain, and other cross‑functional teams to implement brand strategies and customer engagement plans.
• Lead product lifecycle initiatives, including launch readiness, portfolio expansion, market penetration, and lifecycle optimization.
• Analyze sales performance and market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure effective customer service and issue resolution by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, ethical standards, and local healthcare requirements.
• Manage departmental resources and budgets to optimize return on investment and support sustainable growth.
