Sales Manager (Logistics & Courier Services)

About the role

The company is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales strategies and grow its market share in courier services, warehousing solutions, and integrated logistics. The role focuses on building long‑term B2B relationships and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting e‑commerce firms, SMEs, and corporate clients needing parcel delivery and warehousing.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Provide customized logistics solutions, including warehousing, inventory management, and last‑mile delivery.
• Build strategic relationships with key decision‑makers to position the company as the preferred logistics provider.
• Analyze market trends in the Egyptian courier and parcel sector to stay competitive and create innovative offerings.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team on logistics‑specific sales techniques.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics sales, specifically in courier services or warehousing solutions.
• Strong network and proven experience within the logistics and shipping market in Egypt.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Very good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
