Sales Manager – Logistics & Warehousing

About the role

MB Logistics is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of its logistics, warehousing, and courier parcel services. The role focuses on acquiring new B2B clients, nurturing key accounts, and ensuring seamless service delivery in the Dokki, Giza region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers for logistics, warehousing, and courier solutions.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients and key accounts.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate closely with operations to guarantee high‑quality service execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve set objectives.
• Produce regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics sales, warehousing solutions, or courier services.
• Proven record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong network within the logistics and supply‑chain industry (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Leadership and team‑management experience.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
