Sales Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive occupancy and average rate across corporate and group segments. Based in Cairo, you will implement the marketing plan and build strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate accounts and other key partners.

Key responsibilities

• Make telephone and personal sales calls to existing and prospective accounts.
• Follow up promptly on leads and convert them into bookings.
• Solicit and service travel agents, wholesale partners, tour operators, private reserve, volume, corporate, group and transient accounts.
• Maintain relationships and generate group travel and individual leads for Four Seasons properties.
• Achieve weekly prospecting goals and create permanent files for high‑potential groups.
• Negotiate contracts to maximize revenue while meeting client needs.
• Evaluate, solicit, sell and confirm business to meet individual and overall sales targets.
• Qualify prospective leads and accounts for profitability.
