About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team in the Fifth Settlement area. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team through effective client engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with potential clients via phone and email.
- Qualify leads and understand customer needs to propose suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer information in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Previous experience in telesales, call centre, or real‑estate sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
