About the role
Frontier Academy is looking for a motivated Sales Officer to lead sales and operations for its training programs. This full‑time, remote position focuses on engaging prospective learners, guiding them through registration, and ensuring smooth program delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Source and manage leads from the provided leads list.
- Call and follow up with potential learners, explaining program details and answering questions.
- Guide interested learners through registration and payment processes.
- Meet defined conversion targets.
- Coordinate program schedules between learners and instructors.
- Ensure day‑to‑day operations run efficiently.
Required profile
- Previous experience in telesales, sales, or coordination (training/education sales is a plus).
- Background in business or finance.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
- Self‑driven and motivated to achieve results.
