About the role
The Sales Preseller supports the sales development process by reviewing customer performance, stock levels, and promotional guidelines to propose optimal orders. You will work closely with customers to present suggestions, capture market insights, and ensure compliance with pricing and promotional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review sales development objectives and routing schedules, including off‑schedule visits.
- Analyze previous delivery performance for each customer (volumes sold, return rates, order fill rates).
- Check distribution‑center stock availability for top SKUs and new product innovations.
- Assess point‑of‑sale stock levels and out‑of‑stock situations to formulate order suggestions.
- Present suggested orders to customers, discuss objectives, and adjust orders as needed.
- Achieve best‑selling position within the account and capture competitor presence when required.
- Ensure pricing guidelines and promotional campaigns are fully executed.
- Transfer orders accurately to the relevant systems.
Required profile
- University graduate.
- Basic English proficiency and intermediate proficiency in the local language.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
- Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Valid driving license as required by local regulations.
