Sales Representative – Crop Nutrition

About the role

Manuchar is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth in the crop nutrition sector across Egypt. You will design strategic sales plans, develop new business, and represent the company at key industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, traders, and key accounts within crop nutrition, fertilizer, greenhouse, horticulture, and specialty agriculture segments.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships by understanding customer needs and providing value‑added solutions.
• Prepare and present sales, revenue, expense reports and realistic forecasts to management.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Introduce innovative crop nutrition products and specialty fertilizer solutions to the market.
• Represent Manuchar at industry events, exhibitions and agricultural conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in crop nutrition, fertilizers, agro‑chemicals or related agricultural inputs.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of fertilizers, water‑soluble fertilizers, specialty nutrients and crop nutrition programmes.
• Established network within the Egyptian agricultural market.
• BS/MS degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
