Sales Representative – On-site in Maadi

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Maadi office and help students and parents select the right English learning programs. You will work in a fast‑paced EdTech environment, turning inbound and outbound leads into enrollments while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on marketing leads.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable English learning programs.
• Convert leads into enrollments using consultative selling techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
