About the role

MetLife is seeking a full‑time Sales Specialist to join its Cairo team. This hybrid position combines on‑site work with remote flexibility and focuses on promoting MetLife’s insurance, annuities, and financial solutions to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential customers.
• Present tailored MetLife products and financial solutions.
• Execute sales strategies and achieve defined sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide product training to customers and internal team members.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve the overall customer experience and meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills, capable of identifying client needs.
• Experience in training, knowledge sharing, and supporting team education.
• Sales‑management competence and ability to execute sales plans.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
• Understanding of the financial services or insurance industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
