About the role
Rayman Consulting & Recruiting is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Sales Supervisor for the cement and packed goods sector in Cairo, Egypt. You will lead the sales function, identify new market opportunities, and build strong relationships with key customers to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the cement industry.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to achieve targets.
- Manage sales budgets and monitor performance against goals.
- Analyse market trends, conduct research and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within cement or construction materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
