Sales Support Coordinator – Full‑time On‑site

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Coordinator to be the backbone of our sales operations in Giza. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will provide essential administrative and customer‑service support that enables the sales team to focus on revenue‑generating activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical assistance to the sales force.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering prompt and accurate information.
• Process sales orders, ensure accuracy, timely delivery and maintain meticulous records.
• Maintain and update CRM databases, generate sales reports and analyse data for trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, finance and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns or sales‑related issues efficiently.
