Sales Team Lead – Lead & Coach Sales Team

About the role

WAJJAD is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive performance of its B2B services sales force in Alexandria. You will coach, motivate and manage a team of sales professionals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets while aligning with the company’s digital transformation mission.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities, ensure KPIs are met, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales results, conversion rates and team productivity.
• Analyze sales data, provide actionable insights and implement improvement plans.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, one‑to‑one meetings and performance evaluations.
• Train new sales representatives and continuously develop existing staff.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align sales efforts with campaigns and promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience selling services (B2B or B2C) rather than physical products.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience preparing sales performance reports.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
