SAP Operations & Digital Transformation Manager

About the role

The SAP Operations & Digital Transformation Manager will lead Beyti’s journey to modernise its manufacturing, supply‑chain and maintenance functions through technology. Acting as the strategic bridge between Operations and IT, you will ensure digital initiatives, SAP solutions and smart‑factory technologies are delivered on time, within budget and with measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Quality and Maintenance teams to turn business opportunities into technology‑enabled solutions.
• Lead digital transformation projects covering smart factories, automation, analytics and enhancements to the SAP ecosystem.
• Own and maintain the Operations technology roadmap, aligning it with business priorities.
• Drive value realisation from technology investments and oversee governance, prioritisation and continuous improvement.
• Manage end‑to‑end Operations IT projects, change requests and digital initiatives from planning through execution.
• Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies that boost productivity, visibility and decision‑making.
• Support and govern SAP‑related initiatives across operations and supply‑chain functions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful delivery and service quality.
• Monitor IT service performance against SLAs and operational KPIs, escalating critical issues as needed.
