About the role

The ETIC SAP SuccessFactors Graduate Program is a junior‑consultant track designed for fresh graduates who want to start a career in HR technology consulting. You will receive structured learning, on‑the‑job coaching and exposure to real client projects while developing expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.

Key responsibilities

• Support SAP SuccessFactors configuration, testing and documentation activities.
• Assist in client workshops, prepare workbooks, test scripts and training materials.
• Contribute to post‑go‑live support, issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with ETIC, PwC and cross‑functional SAP teams.
• Research new SuccessFactors modules and HR‑tech best practices.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration (HR), Management Technology or a related field.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication abilities.
• Interest in HR technology and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Previous HR/IT internship or academic exposure is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, grow and pursue a consulting career.
