SAP SuccessFactors & HCM Consultant

About the role

Join SAPERE Partners as a SAP SuccessFactors & HCM Consultant and help organisations modernise their human‑resource processes with cloud‑based solutions. You will work closely with clients to design, configure and roll out SAP SuccessFactors modules that deliver real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Implement cloud‑based SAP SuccessFactors solutions for a variety of HR processes.
• Analyse client requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable HR workflows.
• Lead project teams or individual work streams, depending on experience.
• Provide guidance and training to client stakeholders on new HR systems.
• Travel to client sites as needed to support implementation activities.

Required profile

• Completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR or SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Strong communication skills in German or French and English.
• High problem‑solving ability and customer‑orientation.
• Willingness to travel.
