School Partnership Manager

About the role

We are looking for our first School Partnership Manager to lead the development and growth of relationships with schools across Egypt. This foundational role works directly with the founder to shape partnership strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partner schools and universities, from outreach to signed pilot.
• Own the full partnership cycle, including discovery conversations, tailored pitches, and navigating procurement processes.
• Manage existing school partnerships, ensuring pilot success, handling renewals, and driving expansion.
• Represent Massarak-Psy in person through school visits, leadership meetings, and education-sector events.

Required profile

• Experience working in a school environment as a teacher, administrator, or in school operations/leadership.
• Background in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably with schools or similar long‑cycle markets.
• Fluent in Arabic and English and based in Egypt or able to work extensively within the country.
• Self‑directed and comfortable in an early‑stage environment without an existing playbook.

Required skills

• Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders such as school leadership, boards, and procurement committees.
• Ability to navigate school procurement and RFP processes.
