Science Teacher – Primary Stage (National Curriculum)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Science Teacher for the Primary Stage to deliver the National Curriculum for the academic year 2026‑27. The successful candidate will inspire young learners, foster curiosity, and create a safe, inclusive classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for primary students.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies, including practical experiments and inquiry‑based learning.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and school initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Science Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the National Curriculum and primary‑level teaching experience.
• Teaching certification or qualification (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year teaching experience in primary science education.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Enthusiastic, creative, and committed to a positive learning environment.
