Security Officer

About the role

The Security Officer will protect guests, employees and assets at an Accor‑affiliated hotel. This role involves proactive monitoring, rapid response to incidents, and delivering a safe environment that reflects the brand’s commitment to responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the overall safety and security of guests, employees and property premises.
• Investigate and report violations of law, property policy, accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations.
• Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd‑control activities.
• Assist guests with information about hotel facilities in a helpful and courteous manner.

Required profile

• Relevant security experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
