Security Officer

About the role
The Security Officer will protect guests, employees and assets at an Accor‑affiliated hotel. This role involves proactive monitoring, rapid response to incidents, and delivering a safe environment that reflects the brand’s commitment to responsible hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the overall safety and security of guests, employees and property premises.
- Investigate and report violations of law, property policy, accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations.
- Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd‑control activities.
- Assist guests with information about hotel facilities in a helpful and courteous manner.
Required profile
- Relevant security experience is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
