Seller Support Associate – Marketplace Operations

About the role

The Seller Support Associate will assist marketplace sellers in Egypt, ensuring a smooth selling experience from account setup to order fulfillment. You will act as the primary point of contact for seller inquiries, helping them navigate the platform, resolve issues, and comply with policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance to sellers via email and chat on account creation, product listing, order management, and payment queries.
• Educate sellers on platform policies, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive compliance and performance.
• Investigate and resolve seller complaints, disputes, and operational problems, conducting root‑cause analysis where needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to coordinate inventory and order fulfillment.
• Maintain high service standards, meeting SLA, quality, and productivity targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in E‑commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in seller support, customer support, operations or seller experience.
• Strong self‑motivation, quick learning ability and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional attitude.
• Proven track record of meeting SLA, quality and productivity metrics.
• Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
