Senior Accounts Payable Accountant – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Accountant to join the Finance team at iVein Clinic in Alexandria. The role will oversee the full accounts payable cycle for a healthcare organization, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end accounts payable process, from invoice receipt to payment execution.
• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders, contracts and delivery documents, ensuring proper approvals and coding.
• Maintain up‑to‑date supplier master data and monitor outstanding balances.
• Process invoices for medical supplies, equipment, pharmaceuticals and related services.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations, resolve discrepancies and prepare AP aging reports.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including accruals and provisions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations and Clinic teams to address invoice issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably within healthcare, medical clinics or pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of invoices.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and month‑end closing processes.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal departments.
