Senior Administrative Specialist – Facility & Transport Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Administrative Specialist to oversee facility and transportation operations at our textile manufacturing plant in 10th of Ramadan City. The role combines supervision of cleaning services, management of multi‑shift employee transport, and coordination with vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning activities for the factory and administrative buildings, leading the cleaning team and its supervisor.
• Manage employee transportation across three shifts, handling scheduling, issue resolution, and liaison with car service offices and transport vendors.
• Coordinate with catering providers to guarantee timely and quality meal delivery.
• Oversee rental agreements, maintenance schedules, and servicing documentation for vehicles and equipment.
• Track logistics and facility expenses, preparing regular management reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards throughout all operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing transportation for multiple shifts.
• Strong decision‑making, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective vendor management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
