Senior Bid Manager

About the role

The Senior Bid Manager will own the end‑to‑end bid lifecycle for enterprise BFSI opportunities across Egypt and the wider MENA region. Working closely with presales, sales and delivery teams, you will ensure every bid and proposal is compliant, competitive and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end RFP/RFI/RFQ lifecycle, from qualification through final submission.
• Lead bid/no‑bid decision analysis, risk assessment and develop bid calendars to meet all deadlines.
• Facilitate bid strategy workshops and ensure compliance with client requirements, formatting and submission protocols.
• Coordinate inputs from sales, presales, legal, finance and delivery teams throughout the bid process.
• Handle post‑submission activities such as client clarifications, negotiations and debrief sessions.
• Write technical and commercial proposals and Statements of Work for direct orders and existing accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; bid management certification is a plus.
• 8+ years of bid management experience, preferably in technology or BFSI sector, with exposure to BFSI clients in Egypt or GCC.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex bids under tight deadlines and mentor junior team members.
