Senior Bilingual Lawyer (Arabic & English)

About the role

B.TECH is looking for a Senior Bilingual Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support across the organization. The successful candidate will work in both Arabic and English, ensuring compliance, protecting company interests, and handling a wide range of corporate, commercial, and litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage contracts, agreements and other legal documents in Arabic and English.
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on corporate, commercial and operational issues.
• Handle litigation, disputes, investigations and court proceedings involving the company.
• Prepare legal memoranda, claims, defence documents and correspondence.
• Assess legal risks linked to business activities and recommend mitigation actions.
• Monitor legislative changes and advise on their impact.
• Coordinate with external law firms, government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct internal investigations and support compliance initiatives.
• Maintain accurate legal records and contract documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong experience in contract drafting and review in both Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of Egyptian commercial, civil and corporate law.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
