About the role
We are looking for a Senior Civil Site Engineer to lead the execution of civil works on our construction projects. The role involves overseeing project budgets, timelines, safety standards, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Stay on budget for work within the project.
- Finish on time within the project milestones.
- Promote safety and quality culture within the project.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with zero complaints.
- Document lessons learned, discipline library, and case studies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in civil engineering project management.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and safety regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
