About the role
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function for a large‑scale mixed‑use development on Egypt’s North Coast. The role will oversee cost control, budgeting, payment certification and commercial reporting, acting as the primary client‑facing commercial liaison.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (Master’s in Commercial Management or Construction Law preferred).
- 12 – 15+ years of commercial experience in large infrastructure, residential, retail or resort projects.
- Proven experience with reputable PMC/consultants or Tier 1 contractors and major developers.
- Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management abilities.
Required skills
- Cost Control and Cost Management.
- Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Payment Certification.
- Commercial Reporting.
- Value Engineering.
- Practical FIDIC knowledge.
- PMP certification (considered a plus).
