Senior Community Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Community Relations Manager to lead our efforts in building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, tenants and local communities. In this role you will act as the primary liaison, ensuring smooth operations and high satisfaction across our commercial and administrative properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with property owners and tenants.
• Handle complaints and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and follow up on contracts, service requests and delivery timelines.
• Maintain and improve overall customer satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community relations, property management, customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Preferable experience in commercial malls, administrative buildings or real‑estate environments.
