Senior Consultant – Business Strategy

About the role

Royal Sky Group is seeking a Senior Consultant to advise clients on strategic direction, business performance and organisational growth. The role involves translating data‑driven insights into actionable recommendations that help clients improve efficiency, profitability and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
• Assess client challenges, goals and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and present recommendations to enhance efficiency, profitability or market positioning.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and strategy sessions with client executives.
• Support implementation of strategic initiatives and monitor outcomes.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, business advisory or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while delivering high‑quality advisory content.
