Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online presence in the real‑estate sector. You will design and execute link‑building, content, SEO, social media and PPC strategies that attract qualified traffic to our properties and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage SEO, social media and paid‑search campaigns to boost visibility and conversions.
• Create compelling property descriptions, virtual tours, videos, graphics and blog posts.
• Analyze content performance with Google Analytics and adjust tactics for maximum engagement.
• Forecast ROI, track campaign growth and oversee email and social media lead‑nurturing initiatives.
• Collaborate with external designers, videographers and developers to produce high‑quality marketing assets.
• Set up, optimize and monitor Google AdWords campaigns, conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Produce monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Demonstrated success driving traffic, leads and conversions.
