Senior Domestic Tour Operator

About the role

TravelYalla is looking for a Senior Domestic Tour Operator to join its Cairo office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will design, coordinate and oversee guided tours across Egypt, ensuring each itinerary meets the company’s high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize travel itineraries for domestic tours.
• Handle reservations, bookings and ticketing for tour groups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align tour packages with market demand.
• Provide front‑line support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate records of tour operations and financial transactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in guided tours and travel‑tourism operations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage reservations.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, on‑site environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

• Proficiency with reservation and tour‑management software.
