Senior Dynamics Business Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics Business Specialist to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions. The role involves supporting and enhancing Dynamics 365 processes across the organization while collaborating with various business departments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Manage and support Dynamics 365 business processes and functionalities.
• Coordinate with business units to identify system needs and process improvements.
• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and user training for Dynamics 365.
• Document business requirements, workflows, and system processes.
• Oversee system enhancements, configurations, testing, and implementation.
• Monitor system performance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors on system issues and enhancements.
• Participate in Dynamics 365 projects, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and process mapping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English.
