Senior FF – Operations & Process Management

About the role

The Senior FF will lead end‑to‑end operational processes for our clients in Cairo, ensuring accurate execution, compliance and high‑quality service delivery. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior management and works closely with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of assigned portfolios, from planning to execution and reporting.
• Coordinate daily activities with internal departments and client contacts to meet service level agreements.
• Monitor performance and quality metrics, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular operational reports and maintain organized documentation.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• Strong operational and process‑management experience, preferably in HR, outsourcing or staffing services.
• Proven ability to handle multiple assignments, meet deadlines and work within structured procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent written communication.
• Demonstrated reliability, ethical conduct and commitment to confidentiality.
