Senior Finance Manager

About the role

Rizkalla, a leading consumer electronics and home‑appliances retailer in Egypt, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead its finance function across retail, e‑commerce, and consumer‑finance operations. You will be a strategic partner, ensuring financial integrity while driving innovation through technology.

Key responsibilities

• Own the preparation of financial statements, reporting, and month‑end close processes.
• Lead tax planning, compliance, and manage relationships with tax authorities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) and coordinate external audits.
• Maintain tight financial control over retail operations, installment portfolios, and inventory.
• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing finance team.
• Drive adoption of technology and AI tools within the finance function.

Required profile

• 15–25 years of hands‑on finance experience.
• Deep knowledge of Egyptian tax law and financial reporting standards.
• Background in retail, consumer finance, trade, or audit with a strong commercial focus.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage auditor, tax office, and regulator relationships.
• Finance mindset as a business driver and enthusiasm for technology.
• Long‑term tenure in previous roles to demonstrate impact of decisions.
