Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the role

Al Farabi Clinics Group is looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to enhance its Farabi HR system. The role focuses on improving performance, reliability, and user experience while adding new HRMS/HRIS features for employees, managers, and multiple branches.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the current HR platform and boost its performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop and extend core HR modules such as attendance, shifts, leave, payroll, and employee self‑service.
• Automate HR request workflows, notifications, and approval processes.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for HR and management teams.
• Implement role‑based access controls across branches and departments.
• Maintain APIs and integrations with internal and external systems while ensuring data security.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with PHP, Laravel, TypeScript and Cloudflare Functions.
• Proven track record developing or enhancing HRMS/HRIS platforms.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and ability to translate business needs into software.
• Experience with multi‑branch, multi‑department systems, preferably in a healthcare context.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and independent work skills.
