Senior Hub Coordinator – Logistics Operations

About the role

Bosta is seeking a Senior Hub Coordinator to oversee daily hub operations, manage shipments, and ensure service quality across its logistics network in Egypt and KSA. The role involves close collaboration with drivers, central sorting facilities, and internal teams to keep the hub running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound dispatches, categorize orders by zone or route, and develop daily distribution plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing real‑time support and resolving operational issues.
• Manage end‑of‑day processes, including order reconciliation and documentation collection.
• Monitor driver wallets, ensure timely settlements, and escalate discrepancies.
• Train, mentor, and onboard temporary staff and junior coordinators.
• Analyze workflows, recommend and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate return transfers of canceled orders after the 24‑hour holding period.
• Prepare formal handover communications to the sorting facility, detailing shipment counts, seal numbers, and tracking data.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of logistics or shipping coordination experience, preferably with bulky or oversized shipments.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with shipping management software and tracking systems.
