Senior IT Operations Engineer – Infrastructure & Endpoint Support

About the role

We are looking for a senior IT Operations Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our IT infrastructure and endpoint devices. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, providing advanced technical support and driving continuous improvement across our systems.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain servers, networks, storage, and cloud services (Azure).
• Manage virtualization platforms (Hyper‑V) and implement monitoring tools (Zabbix) for proactive issue detection.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational tasks.
• Provide advanced support for Windows and macOS endpoints, handling deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage endpoint security, including antivirus, encryption, and patch management.
• Administer backup and disaster‑recovery solutions (Veeam) and conduct regular backup tests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently while handling multiple tasks.
