About the role
The Senior Legal Manager acts as a strategic advisor to key stakeholders, ensuring that the organization minimizes legal liabilities and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. This role oversees the legal dimension of the business, particularly in real‑estate operations, and provides guidance to prevent future exposure.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate feasibility and conduct risk analysis for new projects or expansion plans.
- Handle legal cases, offering advice on resolution processes, alternatives, and financial implications.
- Lead and supervise legal advisors to ensure efficient case management.
- Manage disputes and litigation through external law firms and internal teams.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings before administrative boards, investment authorities, and other bodies.
- Provide day‑to‑day labor law guidance, including investigations, disciplinary actions, promotion or termination recommendations, and performance evaluation preparation.
- Deliver training to staff on various legal topics to enhance their competencies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 12–15 years of relevant experience, with mandatory experience in real‑estate law.
- Proven experience working directly with executive management.
