Senior Manager – Environmental Safety & Loss Prevention

About the role

The ESLP Senior Manager is a key member of the QSE team, responsible for driving safety, sustainability and loss‑prevention strategies across the plant. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures compliance with regulatory, international standards and Coca Cola requirements while fostering a culture of zero incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the site safety management system to meet ISO 45001, KORE and local regulations.
• Lead risk‑assessment processes, update assessments regularly and drive corrective action plans.
• Design and execute the annual safety program in partnership with plant functions, tracking progress and outcomes.
• Manage safety inspections, occupational hygiene monitoring and emergency/incident response planning.
• Conduct internal audits, prepare for ISO and GAO audits, and ensure audit readiness.
• Analyze safety performance data, report trends to leadership and use insights for predictive safety strategies.
• Provide technical training to new hires, contractors and temporary staff.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in occupational health, safety and environmental management within an industrial setting.
• Strong ability to influence and drive change across all organizational levels.
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
