Senior Merchant Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Merchant Support Specialist to ensure a seamless experience for our merchant partners. You will lead onboarding, contract management, promotion setup, and ongoing monitoring of merchant activity while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and manage merchant contracts, ensuring completeness, signatures, and approvals.
• Activate merchants on the platform, oversee onboarding, and guarantee successful setup.
• Monitor merchant activity, address inactive or under‑performing accounts, and ensure compliance.
• Configure and manage merchant promotions in line with commercial terms.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, contracts, promotions, and resolutions.
• Provide regular performance reports and serve as the primary point of contact for merchant inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in merchant support, customer success, or related operations.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented, proactive, and customer‑focused mindset.
